Firstly, you cannot pursue two degrees simultaneously. Moreover, the BEd programme of Maharishi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, is through the distance mode, meant for in-service school teachers working within the jurisdiction of Haryana. I suggest, therefore, that you complete the MA English programme. If, in the meantime, you can gain teaching experience, it would help. After your MA, you can either sit for the National Eligibility Test (NET) to qualify for lecturership or continue teaching after which you could apply for the distance-mode BEd programme.
