Since you are pursuing graduation with B.Tech and since you are puzzled between the study options i.e M.Tech and MBA, both fields you mentioned are entirely different.

It depends on your interests. MBA is specific to business administration, where the M.Tech is a post graduate course in the technical area of engineering.

Both M.Tech and MBA are good courses. If you are interested more in technical field than go with M.Tech otherwise you can do MBA. Both have equal opportunities afterwards.

However, while going for higher studies you must be fairly clear about the area of interest in which you like to work. Remember in the present scenario, Technical or Management, both are getting equivalent packages.
