Dear student,
Both are the government organizations and it’s up to you that where your interest lies in. If you find any growth or secured future in SAIL, you could go for it. However, if you are working with 3 years project contract then it would be advisable for you to stick with your current organization.
The decision of choosing any one organization is completely depends on your own preferences.
