Mechatronics engineering, also known as Robotic science is an exciting course, which combines of Mechanical engineering, Electronic engineering, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Control engineering, and Systems Design engineering in order to design and manufacture useful products.

Mechatronics engineering has wide applications in Robotics, Nano technology, automation, aircraft engineering, biomedical systems and computer-aided design. In fact, Biomechatronics is a branch of Mechatronics combining electronics, mechatronics and biology as the different fields of study. Taking in to account the emerging opportunities in the telecom sector, Nanotechnology and Mechatronics is emerging as the promising technological areas.

Eligibility for B.Tech: Class 12 with main courses including Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (admissions through entrance examination). You should not stop here. Go for M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc for better job options.

Job opportunities are plenty in Electronics / Mechanics manufacturing industries and in the field of designing, implementing and operating internet control of machines, autonomous robots and engine management systems.
