It depends on what your aim in life is , also if biology is a strong subject for you then you can even go for medical or else if engineering interests you then you can for non-med.
Engineering is the practical application of scientific methods and mathematical principals to all the subjects under the natural and social or earth sciences. Engineering is basically applied science. And that is how pure science differentiates itself from applied science, which is the application of research to practical use.
Whereas Medicine is about treating illness; providing advice for the mental, physical and emotional well being of a person. The services are offered by nurses, doctors, dentists, medical administrators. However, healthcare is a broad term and medicine is a major and crucial part of the healthcare industry. Other professions under the umbrella of healthcare industry involve role of government healthcare agencies, voluntary organisations, insurance sector, pharmacists and medical equipment manufactures. Together taken, the field of medicine and healthcare involves all kinds of methods and processes to prevent, manage and heal illnesses. The industry is about preservation of mental and physical well-being through the services offered by the medical and allied health professions. The medicine and health care industry broadly consists - dentists and doctors; nursing; pharmacies; and allied medical, health services.
