Hi Rahul, without a doubt, you should go for Mechanical Engineering or for that matter a full-fledged B. Tech course. Diploma is okay, but in the long run, B. Tech degree will take you to places where a diploma can never take you. You will have more options (in case you choose to study further), shift streams for B. Tech or even have a better chance at getting a good job. What’s more, the rate of growth in your career if you do a 4 years B. Tech course will be much higher vis-à-vis a Diploma course.
