What matters most is your aptitude. You need to decide if you are inclined more towards computers or management. Usually, people who do BCA opt for MCA and people who do BBA go for MBA. Considering you have studied commerce, you need to weigh which you enjoy more. But since you are doing BCA for graduation (3 years is a long time!), our suggestion is that you complete your MCA.
