If it is a situation where you need to work then opt for the job. As the course you wish to do is a part time programme, you could opt to pursue M.S along with your job. But if you just want to focus on studies then it is better not to work. If you are in a stage where you can work and study as well, that will help you to gain experience while studying which could help you in your future.
