Hi Divya, you are thinking of too many things at the same time!! Please prioritize, else you will end up going nowhere. Have a Plan A, Plan B and Plan C. Coming back to your question, there are dual degree programs for M Sc and Ph D in Microbial Technology. This course is offered at Amity School of Microbial Technology, Noida; Bengal Institute of Technology and Management (BITM); Vivekanand Education Society’s Polytechnic; Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi; Thakral College of Technology and Shobhit University.
