Since, you are in production of Alcohol and want to make your career in this field; you can opt for Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Wine Technology programme. 

Wine Technology involves principles of biology, chemistry and engineering from the grape to the glass from the growing of grapes to the making of wine, and to the packaging of the final product. B.Sc in Wine Technology program is designed to develop knowledge and skills in winemaking, wine science, viticulture, wine business and wine appraisal. You can complete your studies while working in the wine industry, or by interchanging full-time study with distance education. After completing your B.Sc in Wine Technology, you can opt for Master’s degree in the same field.

Eligibility: You should have passed 10+2 with Science /Diploma in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Fruit Processing and Wine Technology with minimum 50% marks from any recognised board.

Graduates may be employed as viticulturists, winemakers and operations managers in Australia and other countries. Areas of employment could include vineyard and winery operation, production management, quality control, marketing and export of wine, or research and development in the wine, brewing and food processing industries.
