Hi,

Just doing B.Sc and learning German language will note get you a good job anywhere. You have to do a professional course in a specific field so as to get a good job. Your actual technical skill will be B.Sc followed by M.Sc or any other Masters course depending upon your interest. And knowing German will be an additional advantage. Don’t bank on your German language knowledge to get yourself a good job. You should have the right skills and education to do that job.

So our suggestion will be to first decide what you want to do in future. Then select your subjects (Physics or Chemistry) and your future education accordingly.
