Some B-Schools allow people with a Master's degree along with work experience as teachers. However, this will be at a junior level. The minimum eligibility to become an MBA lecturer is a Ph. D. However, if you have studied from a good institute and have scored well, you can take the NET test conducted by UGC in June and December every year. You can also opt for an M. Phil after MBA to be eligible to become a lecturer. Usually 4 -5 years of work experience is also required. Good luck.
