This is possibly the time when you can think of the well-known saying, “Never look a gift horse in the mouth.” At a time when most students are finding it virtually impossible to find a job, you have got job offer from a leading MNC with a good pay package. I suggest you take up the job and gain as much work experience as you can. It will not only help you decide which is a better career direction, but will also be valuable to you at the time of MBA admissions. Most B-schools give a lot of weightage to work experience. Of course, if you still prefer to take up a study programme first, identify your abilities and interests, explore the work options which suit you the best and a satisfying and lucrative job with a good salary will certainly follow.
