Hi Isha, you can do both. Either ways, it works out fine. But in your case, I think doing an MBA after getting 1 - 2 years' of work experience is a good option. Why? Because by then you will know which field of MBA you want to specialise in like HR, Marketing, International Business, Finance etc. Good Luck!
