My suggestion to you would be to be good with programming skills and learn how to make programs fault tolerant for anyone to hack. Once you are good in programming skills, learn the networking side too on the protocols of Computer languages and Operating Systems. Eventually, with this approach  your work and knowledge will help you build better solutions. Ethical Hacking courses are available from private players. However, there is no way to assess access who is the right one. Your learning may get you a ring side view helping you even better.
