Genetics deals with the study of genes which reveals information preserved in DNA and which has been accumulated through evolution. The study of applied genetics has enabled biochemists to actually develop several processes and products that benefit mankind, like use of finger printing in forensic science.

As you want to do genetic engineering you can opt for B.Tech in Genetic engineering course after passing 12th class.

Eligibility:

• Pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 70% aggregate in Mathematics / Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
• Admissions are based as per the rules of institute or university.
