You are not eligible to do MCA after holding diploma in automobile because this field is not related to computers. Firstly you have to complete your bachelor’s degree with Engineering (B.Tech) or BCA then you are eligible for master degree or MCA level course.

Admission to MCA can be obtained on the basis of entrance exams in most of the colleges in India. Mathematics as a main subject in graduation or at the school level is must for seeking admission in MCA.

If you want to go for further study then you may take admission in B.E/B.Tech or BCA.

Eligibility for engineering (B.Tech/B.E.): - Admission to 4 year B.Tech. Programme is made on the basis of merit ranks obtained at the Entrance test conducted by the University subject to rules of reservation. As a diploma holder you can get admission direct to second year of engineering course.

Eligibility for BCA is 10+2 with Mathematics as compulsory subject and admission is on the basis of entrance exams in most of the colleges in India.
