Yes, you are eligible for NET after M.Sc. distance learning with required percentile.

National Eligibility Test (NET) is to determine eligibility for lectureship and for award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for Indian nationals in order to ensure minimum standards for the entrants in the teaching profession and research.

Eligibility for NET: - Candidate should have Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in humanities and Social Sciences, Forensic Science, Environmental Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Sciences, etc. either regular or distance, as you have a distance post graduate degree and if you have scored above 55% marks then you are eligible for the NET exam.
