Dear student,
What you need to decide is whether, eventually, you will continue with the family business. If yes, then it makes sense to continue with Commerce. You can do an MBA later on and experience the corporate life for sometime before starting your own thing. But if you are sure that Medicine is your calling, then think no further, just prepare for Science and take up medicine as a career.
