Hi,
MBA and PGD have no difference from private sector job (industry) point of view, though it affects if you want to become an academician. Only problem with PGD is that you cannot go for higher studies like MPhil/Phd. Industry gives more importance to your soft skills, attitude, knowledge and confidence rather than whether its MBA or PGD.
