Hi Being from this field I would personally suggest going for an Integrated course like MBA in Advertising. You may feel that you are fit for Advtg, but once you study other areas like PR and Media Planning, you may realise that they are also great. So keeping your options open is always a good thing. There are institutes such as MICA and Delhi School of Communication (DSC) which offer great integrated courses. All the best!
