Hi,
Cyber law is a very technical field and that it does not have any bearing to most activities in Cyberspace. Cyber space is a very wide term and includes computers, networks, software, data storage devices, the Internet, websites, emails and even electronic devices such as cell phones, ATM machines etc.

Minimum requirement for admission to the PG Diploma Course in Labour Law is a law degree or M.A. in Social Sciences (IInd Division).

Intellectual property rights are legal rights, which result from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, literary and artistic fields.

Minimum qualification for admission to the P.G.Diploma Course in Intellectual property law is a graduate degree from a recognised University. 5% weightage will be given to the law graduates for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma Courses.

Since you have graduate with computer science engineering, you can eligible for P.G.Diploma Course in Intellectual property law but for Cyber law you must have M.A. in social science. For further information regarding admission you can get by clicking here.

As you are from engineering background, we suggest you to go for further studies in same field with M.Tech in Computer Science or MCA.

MCA is a good career option as it is one of the favoured paths for those seeking a career in the field of Information Technology (IT). There are various job opportunities for MCA candidate in the field of software developer, web designer, systems management, etc.

To know more about MCA click here.

M.Tech in Computer Science or MCA offers wide job prospects. One gets job in I.T and software firms. There are various private as well as government sector jobs available in the market.

It would be better for you to choose M.tech or MCA except Law after completing your graduation with B.Tech. because in your Computer Science stream you will be much benefited by M.tech or MCA and you need the best today and doing law after B.Tech is not a good option.

So, it’s depending on you that you want to go for law field or M.Tech or MCA.
