Ther is no relation between the two. If you are interested in doing MBA then instead of going for Eng.Hons.you can go for BBA/ BBA-MBA degrees being offered by universities like LPU, Amity, Chitkara etc. In case you are weak in Eng.you can join Eng.speaking course otherwise you have Eng.as a subject in your degree too.
