We are an education site focusing on higher education in India.But soon we will be coming up with study abroad too. However where your command over english is concerned we advice you to join a english learning institute, start reading books, buy grammar books and focus on your grammar and correct english and then focus on the vocabulary.Don't loose hope.I'm sure you will do well.
