Hi Varsha, There are two things. First, what is it that you want to do? If you want to stick to electronics and communication, then it is compulsory to do an M. Tech. Even if you want to do research oriented jobs, M. Tech is mandatory. Secondly, say you choose to not stick to the engineering field, in which case, you will need to do an MBA. But with your qualification, I don't see any reason why you are not getting jobs. Try both the prvate and govt. sector. Some suggestions: Private - TCS, INFOCYS, WIPRO & Govt. - BHEL, BSNL, DRDO, IOCL, SAIL, ONGC, NTPC, NPCIL etc.
