Script writing is a very specialised field and it would be good if you join a creative writing course or a short screenplay writing course. You can also add this with a film making course as it would provide an in depth knowledge about the whole film making process. Many colleges provide course on this field. Among the main are AAFT (short term programs), Mind screen in Tamilnadu, Whistling Woods in Mumbai (offers an online course). Am not sure an online course would help you much.
