Indrajeet, Build your skills in one of the areas like networking, OS support, secuirty- One which you like apart from your current job. work on improving your communication in the meantime. Get Internationally recognised certificate in the areas you develop your skills. Wait in the job till you have learned whaterver this job has to offer (Technical learning + Interpersonal skills) and then move. No experience in is good or bad, just a learning for future.
