Dear Student,

We would suggest you to start your career and go for fresher’s/ Trainee jobs which will give you more practical knowledge and experience rather than rather than study for another year. But if you want to study further then you can opt for Post Graduate Diploma in Management course. But after completing this course you will have to start your career from the same place where you are right now. So it is advisable to go for fresher’s job and start your career.
