I have checked the website of this Rajendra Institutes. This college doesn’t offer PGWH course (Programme in Gender Women History). There are courses on gender women studies available in IGNOU, New Delhi or Annamalai University, Chennai. The programme analyzes and supports human, social, cultural and economic development to bring about gender equity and social justice. It  will equip students with the ability to deconstruct the complex power hierarchies and relationships operating in society, from the perspective of women and gender , the focal areas for the courses include concepts and theories in women's and gender studies, queer studies, gender through film and visual arts, history of women's movements, women and social sectors among others.The postgraduate certificate in gender and development studies is likely to be of interest to academics and researchers, trainers, facilitators, supervisors, government personnel. You have not mentioned if this course is a formal degree course. Keep in mind that for most government posts, the minimum eligibility requirement is graduation.
