MBA is post graduation degree course and it is opted only after completing graduation. Since you are diploma holder, it’s difficult to get admission in any MBA college after diploma course.

You should be an graduate to do an MBA course, so if you are interested in doing an MBA then it’s better to join an engineering college in lateral entry scheme if you done your diploma in engineering field (you can take directly admission in B.Tech second year) and complete your graduation first and then write the various entrance examinations for MBA courses like the CAT, XAT, SNAP etc. You will get ample time in the three years of completion of your engineering for preparing for these examinations.

Some universities also accept students for MBA without a bachelor degree, if they have considerable work experience and significant professional achievements.
