Yes, you can pursue M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering after B.Tech in Computer Science. For that you should have to go through GATE entrance exam. But it is completely different field from Computer Science. Mechanical engineering deals with design, analysis, manufacture and maintenance of anything that has moveable components.

It is advisable to pursue M.Tech with Computer Science as you are from Computer Science Engineering background and it will give you good opportunities for the same.
