Hey Mani,

If you have taken up the job recently and if you are happy with the job then go for distance education.
Also if you want you can gain work experience first and then you can opt for a full time course in MBA this will be beneficial for you in the long run asa you will get a better pay package etc.But if your situation is as such then going for distance education also is not a bad idea. You can earn and work at the same time. Do what suits you the best.
