Dear student,
It is always advisable to do a regular MBA. But if you are working, then MBA correspondence is not a bad option. You can complete your MBA from ICFAI (if the pending semesters are not too many) and look for a job. If you have just about begun your course, then go for a regular MBA or an Executive MBA.
