Hi,
You can try to other colleges for B.Sc those give admission with low percentage marks or you can pursue b.sc though distance learning. After your completion of B.Sc in Biotechnology you have various career options. You can go for M.Sc in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Organic Chemistry, Geoinformatics, Microbiology, Bio Medical Science, Physiotherapy, Industrial Biotechnology, etc. You can also pursue PG Diploma in Clinical Research, Biotechnology (Tissue Culture), X Ray technician, Environmental Science, Agri-Biotechnology, Molecular and biochemical technology etc.
After completing your M.Sc. degree in biotechnology you consider to go for higher studies or research programmes leading to a Ph.D. after clearing the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Junior Research Fellowship and lectureship.
But you are not eligible to pursue M.Sc degree with regular mode if you choose to pursue B.Sc. through distance learning. So, we advise you to go for regular B.Sc. course in Biotechnology for good career options. You can contact individual colleges for information on eligibility criteria and admission procedure with low percentage.
