Very few private colleges like Symbiosis, Sikkim Manipal University, etc. will provide direct admission in MBA Course without any competitive examination scores and other option is management quota. But you will not get admission in good colleges. Many of these institutes are not even AICTE or UGC approved.

So, we advice you prepare well for the CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. entrance if you want to secure a seat in a good MBA college. If you have scored good percentile in any one of the examination, you will get admission in top business schools of India.

However, another option is to opt for Executive MBA or EMBA (1 or 1.5 years regular MBA course), which is especially designed for working professionals, so that they can enhance their education as per market demand. Since you have a work experience you can easily get admission in EMBA course. You can also pursue MBA with distance learning. There are several institutes offering distance learning/online learning MBA programmes.

Eligibility for EMBA course: - you should have bachelor’s degree along with work experience ranging from two to five years as per the institute’s requirements.
