As you have completed your B.Tech in Computer Science you can easily get government job. There are lots of jobs available in government sector and private sector.

The govt. sector options are - DRDO, BARC, IOCL, Bank PO, ONGC, ISRO, NIC, IGDR, UPSC Exam, Railway, Electricity Board, BSNL, JTO, etc. You can apply for any of these sectors. You can also apply for GATE exam for higher studies (M.Tech).

There are many reputed government companies that recruit B.Tech candidates through examination and related procedures. You must hold good knowledge regarding the fundamental basics of your field of work and need to put some extra efforts and get some extra qualification than others to get the job in government sector.
