Hi, Chitkara University in Himachal Pradesh is a university offering not just engineering courses, but others too like management etc. Chandigarh Engineering College teaches engineering courses only. While both are good, the former is AICTE accredited and the latter UGC, we will suggest you to go for Chandigarh Engineering College.
