An MBA provides more flexibility in case you wish to change your career at a future date and being an IIM pass-out shall provide several opportunities for you. However, if you think your dreams lie in Advertising, then institutes such as MICA or Indian Institute of Mass Communication (and other such Mass Communication institutes) are the way forward. I suggest you carefully think about both options and speak to others about it to gain their perspectives.
