MBA and M.Sc both are different streams. If you want to be an academician or pursue research, you should join M.Sc but if you want enhance your career in management field, you should join MBA. It depends on what you want to do, career-wise. You have to choose the programme as per your career goals and abilities.

Hence we would advice to analyze your interests and aptitude for various domains and your future desire and then make a choice between MBA and M.Sc.
