Dear student,

To reapply for improvement exam, you should check the CBSE website for the dates of re-application of exam. As far as we understand, you will need to submit your current mark sheet and apply for the 2014 exams. Your admit card etc will be issued afresh as well.

The best way to get about it is to contact your school administration to know about the procedure of applying for improvement examinations.
