well bro , which was your stream in Engineering ? and i strongly suggest you to go for SCADA / Automation courses there is a training in Pune by Honeywell , its a 1 year course and u will get experience as well :) Automation and Scada courses have very good scope on GCC as you will be recruited as Project Controller for their Plants . You will have lot of chances in this if you have done instrumentation/chemical/petrolium engineering :) ALL THE BEST :)
