Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree program is three to four years duration programme. This degree is primarily focused on subjects such as software, databases, and networking. In general, computer science degrees tend to focus on the mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing rather than emphasizing specific technologies.

Bachelor of Business Administration - Information Technology is 3 years full time bachelor's degree programme for make careers / studies in Information Technology and Management. BBA (IT) offers opportunities for an early entry into the Management cadre, equipped with IT knowledge, to be trained appropriately by the companies for their requirements.

Both courses are good. But if you don’t want to emphasis on Mathematics, you should go for BBA-IT programme because it does not have much hard course work related to mathematics like B.Sc. IT.
