Hi Himanshu, i think you should not bother about your english skills when the real talent lies in your hands! You have asked us this question earlier as well. And in order to be a chef, english is something that is not the required criteria. Yes, if you have to interact with other chefs (international) then it could be difficult with you, but then you can enroll for englsih speaking / grammar classes and brugh up your skills. Learning English is a matter of practice...talk to your colleagues/ friends/ family in English and read books, look up the dictionary whenever you are not able to understand anything and memorize the words and try and use them whenever you talk in English. You'll learn!
