There are courses available in cement manufacturing. While most of the courses available are diploma courses in Cement Technology & Manufacturing (2 years course) offered online or in polytechnic colleges, you can try the following colleges for details - Utkalmani Gopabandhu Institute of Engg. Tech., Rourkela, (Orissa), Govt. Polytechnic, Satna, (Madhya Pradesh) & Govt. Polytechnic College, Chittorgarh, (Rajasthan). You can also search for courses online suiting your interest/ field. The qualification for a diploma in cement technology is usually Higher Secondary education and you are clearly over qualified for that.

There is also the provision to do Ceramics and Cement Engineering, which is an emerging branch of Engineering/Technology dealing with the study of the properties, manufacture, design and applications of ceramic materials. The ceramic designers are concerned with designing various types of ceramic wares used in industries, households, institutions, corporate houses and other places. You have not mentioned which year you are in, maybe you could try for a lateral entry in B.Tech in Ceramics and Cement Technology.
