1. You should have passed M.B.B.S., B.V.Sc, B.Sc. (Biotechnology / Botany / Chemistry / Life Sciences / Microbiology / Zoology) to take admission in M.Sc. course in Virology.
2. You should have to appear for CSIR NET, MU-OET, etc. conducted by university or institute.

Genetics deals with the study of genes which reveals information preserved in DNA and which has been accumulated through evolution. There is a great scope in this field as the demand for genetic experts are growing in India as well as abroad. M.Sc Course in Genetics provides training in both theoretical and practical aspects of Classical and Molecular Genetics.

Eligibility: you should have completed three years Science degree course in Biotechnology /Bioinformatics/ Life sciences / Zoology / Botany / Chemistry / Microbiology / Applied Biology / Biochemistry / Genetics with minimum 50% marks. Admission will be based on AIET – All India Entrance Test or institute norms. However, eligibility criteria and admission varies from course to course and college to college.
