You can apply to any engineering college in Mumbai for M.Tech by appearing in GATE entrance exam and by fulfilling eligibility criteria and required qualification. Some universities may also conduct their own entrance exams for M.Tech admission such as

1. TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test)
2. Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) Karnataka by Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU)
3. BEEE - Bharath University Engineering Entrance Exam
4. VITEEE Engineering Entrance Exam
5. Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) - M.Tech Entrance exam
6. SRMEEE - SRM University
