Most students after doing their B tech either look for options in M Tech or Management. Applied courses related to Biotechnology are limited in India. You will find more options for this outside India. However if you are looking within India, IBAB- The Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology has interesting programmes. They6 have interesting programmes in Bioinformatics, Biotechniques and Cheminformatics. Other collges offering course in that are more application oriented are: Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune- diploma in applied Biotechnology; Banasthali University, Jaipur- MS Applied Micro-Biology and Biotechnology.
