Most universities offer MA programmes in psychology, for which admission is through a written test for graduates with 50 per cent marks. For Jamia Millia Islamia’s MA programme in applied psychology, you should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 55 per cent marks or 50 per cent marks with honours in psychology. Its test covers a basic knowledge of psychology at the UG level and includes general psychology, social psychology, statistics in psychology, clinical psychology, industrial psychology/organisation and behaviour. The written test is followed by a group discussion and an interview.
