Hi,
Before you decide anything, it would be appropriate for you to decide which stream you want to pursue your career. Since you have completed a Diploma in Multimedia, you would stand a better chance of pursuing your post graduation in the same stream i.e MCA in terms of job prospects. If you have ample time, you should be able to pursue it with your job.
