Hi Devendra, Many of the premier institutes like the IIM's have started a Post Graduate Program in Management for people from the defense services. You can browse through the websites for these colleges for more details about specifics of the programs and if it will suit your requirement. Officers of all ranks between Captain and Brigadier equivalent only are eligible for these courses. These officers must have completed five years of commissioned service on the day of commencement of the course.
